Features

TalkSwitch systems come with the features small business needs to answer calls with intelligence and project a professional image.

Auto Attendants

TalkSwitch can answer your calls with greetings that let callers direct their own calls to individual extensions, extension ring groups ("Press 1 for sales."), announcements ("Press 2 for business hours"), other greetings, voicemail, other locations or a dial-by-name directory.

You can record your own greetings from an extension or use professional recordings, and it’s easy to configure and change the auto attendant in the TalkSwitch configuration software. There are 9 levels of auto attendants and you can use different greetings on each of your lines or VoIP trunks, allowing multi-tenant set-ups, different attendants for some departments, greetings in multiple languages and automated responses to frequently requested information such as your hours or location.
