About TalkSwitch
We make award-winning telephone systems for small offices.
We've been doing it since 1990, when we decided that small businesses deserve
smart phone systems that do everything big business phone systems do. Since
then, we've sold thousands of our telephone systems to small companies,
home-based businesses, institutions and franchises all over North America,
and now to a growing list of markest world wide.
We know that in small business, every call counts. So we've always loaded our
phones and systems with powerful, flexible features that help companies sound
professional and stay connected with customers, partners and suppliers. We also
know that small businesses are experts in what they do, not in running telephone
systems. That's why we make all of our products easy to understand, easy to use and
easy to afford.
We launched our first phone system in 1998, the award-winning Concero Switchboard.
It was hailed as a breakthrough product by customers and analysts. Our TalkSwitch
line of systems came next, debuting in 2000 with more capacity and more features.
Today, TalkSwitch systems are even better, with VoIP networking IP phones and an
ever-growing set of powerful features. And our
research and development lab is developing the telecommunications products
of the future.
AWARDS
Both the Concero and the TalkSwitch systems have received rave reviews and won
numerous awards, including: PC Week's Best of Show at COMDEX, three PC Computing
MVP Awards, and Computer Telephony's Product of the Year. TalkSwitch has won the
Communications Solutions Product of the Year award (beta version), the first ever
SOHObie award from Communications Convergence magazine and Communications Solutions
Editor's Choice award.
